I have been nominated for the Liebster Award by the fabulous Montreal Runner Mom! Thank you!!! From what I hear this is a ‘Welcome to the Neighborhood’ nomination and helps us find more awesome blogs! I checked out the other 4 blogs MRM nominated and started following them right away!

Here are the questions for me provided by Montreal Runner Mom

1. What do you love to do more than anything? Cuddle with my Boys :), read and see some progress on the body fat
2. Name the biggest goal that you have achieved to date Running a whole 5K without walking…10K is next! Oh and getting through that damn twin pregnancy..that was a rough one.
3. What will be different about your life in 3 years time? No more kids in diapers! I will be running, at least, half marathons and hopefully will be rocking some obstacle courses as well.
4. Favorite exotic location? Hawaii, but I would love to check out more areas and update this question often
5. Favorite comfort food? El Famous steak tacos….and Wine….and Chocolate Lava Cake…and Wine…and homemade chocolate pudding
6. What motivates you? The Husband. We call each other out on our BS, its great! If we see each other cheating on our diet or skipping a workout then we start some (all in good fun) name calling. If we are rocking it then there is a lot of appreciative body gropes and compliments
7. What is your biggest contribution to your corner of the world? My 4 handsome lil gentlemen and beautifully designed kitchen/living room 🙂
8. What do you feel you should do more of? Run! Especially after this last holiday weekend. I was not  nearly as good as I should have been!
9. Best moment from childhood? Climbing trees with my brother and cousins, reading tons of books, baking with my grandma and putting together hundreds of puzzles
10. What do you hope to achieve with your blog? Motivation, for both myself and others. I need to keep myself on my weight loss road and show that it can be done, even with a horde of rugrats clambering for attention. I also want to use this blog to record my favorite memories of my kids so I can reminisce as they get older and turn into…teenagers…*shudder*
11. Favorite part of blogging? Chatting with other bloggers! I hope I get to meet some of y’all face to face someday!

11 Random Facts About Me:

1. We have 2 Alaskan Klee Kais ( like mini huskies) Lyla and Bleu.
2. I was awarded a scholarship to college for art….yet I work in product information management…
3. I LOVE hiking, my favorite place to hike to date is Glacier National Park in Montana. The Highline Trail…do it!   
4. I have been pregnant 6 times. I will always mourn the babies I lost, but am super grateful for my strong healthy 4 boys!!
5. I am a 30 something year old woman, but sometimes have the mind of a 12-year-old boy. I LOVE star wars, video games and gross bodily noises (ok not really the last one, but must suffer through it for the boys!) 
6. My brother and I can have entire conversations in movie quotes, much to other people, including our mom’s, bafflement and annoyance. (All the people at the zoo are real nice Mr. Penguin)
7. I startle very easily and dramatically. I once threw a full bucket of popcorn in the air while at the movies…during a preview…it rained popcorn for a 5 foot radius. And I scream like a horror movie star.
8. I love historical fiction, Philippa Gregory is a flippin’ genius.
9. I can’t remember the last time I had painted nails…and yet I will not leave the house without at least mascara and lipstick on.
10. I wanted to be a psychologist when I grew up, sometimes I still do…hmm…
11. Fascinated with unexplained mysteries like the WOW! Signal, Voynich Manuscript, Dancing Plague of 1518, The Pollock Twins, the Wych Elm, omg so many crazy things happen in this world that don’t make sense!
